Gymnastics Saskatchewan is very pleased to announce that we have been awarded

the 2012 Canadian Gymnastics Championships! The Gymnastics Canada Board of

Directors and staff selected Gymnastics Saskatchewan as the host organization and

Regina as the site after reviewing three competitive bids (Gatineau, QC and

Edmonton, AB).

The event will be held at Evraz Place May 20 – 27, 2012. After hosting very successful

multi-discipline Canadian Championships in 2003 in Saskatoon and 2007 in Regina, we

will once again be showcasing and bringing together all four disciplines of gymnastics -

artistic men, artistic women, tumbling/trampoline and rhythmic gymnastics, under

one roof in one competition venue.

We would like to thank everyone for their support and assistance with the bid process

and initial event hosting plans. Gym Sask will be finalizing the organizing committee
