Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships Results
Saskatchewan gymnasts dominate in four categories at the Western Championships in Langley, BC.  Matea Vives, Kamila Wyszomirski, Charlie Wright and Michael Thorpe all win all around titles at this prestigious event that showcases the top gymnasts in BC, AB, SK, MB and NWT.  Below are the Team Sask Results for Friday, May 4th:

After winning four All Around titles on Friday, Team Saskatchewan concluded competition at the Western Canadian Championships in Langley, BC, with excellent performances by our Gymnastics Saskatchewan athletes.  For many young athletes, such as Michael Thorpe of Regina, who swept his Argo Men's category with an All Around win and four event medals, and Tyler Montgomery of Saskatoon with medals in all six events, this was a lead-up to the Canadian Championships soon to be held in Regina May 22-26th, 2012.  Below are the Team Saskatchewan medals and top 6 placings for Saturday, May 5th:
