Key performance driver: promoting a positive image of the organization, increasing customer satisfaction and increasing the visibility of the sport and the organization.

Goals:

  • To increase the membership of new clubs and individuals in the organization.
  • To develop and implement programs/projects to improve the image of the organization internally to current clubs and members and thereby retain members.
  • To promote the sport of gymnastic and the organization to schools, the public, the media and community as a dynamic organization which invests in the development of our athletes, coaches, officials and clubs by promoting excellence, education, teamwork and lifelong participation, and thereby recruit members.
